About me and my practice
My approach is integrative with a person-centred foundation. This means I tailor therapy to you as an individual, working at your pace. I am particularly interested in how early relationships and life experiences shape our sense of self, emotional regulation, boundaries, and the patterns we repeat in adult relationships.
Therapy with me balances deep self-understanding with practical support for your daily life. Alongside our reflective work, I integrate evidence-based strategies from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques and psychoeducation. This allows us to explore the root causes of your difficulties while actively equipping you with real-time tools to manage anxiety, interrupt catastrophising, and navigate intrusive thoughts today.
I aim to offer an online therapy relationship that feels safe, respectful, and containing, while also being gently challenging when helpful. We will work collaboratively to help you develop greater emotional resilience, secure boundaries, and self-trust. It is not about fixing you, but about creating space to understand yourself more deeply and to develop more compassionate, secure ways of relating to yourself and others.
I work exclusively online with clients across the UK. While we can explore a wide range of life challenges, the core themes of my practice include:
Anxiety & Overthinking: Understanding catastrophising and using CBT/psychoeducation tools to ground your nervous system.
Self-Worth & Shame: Working through a persistent sense of not being good enough and unlearning harsh self-criticism. Building self-esteem, self-trust, and a kinder relationship with yourself.
Relational Patterns: Exploring attachment difficulties, relational anxiety, and how past family dynamics affect you today. Supporting recovery from difficult or abusive relationships and family dynamics.
Self-Sabotage & Change: Navigating life transitions, understanding repetitive patterns, and building a kinder relationship with yourself.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute consultation over the phone before we begin therapy. This is a chance for us to connect in a relaxed, informal way so I can get to know you and understand what you hope to gain from therapy.
During this time, you can:
Share a little about whats bringing you to therapy
Ask any questions you might have about how I work or what therapy will be like
Get a sense of how it feels to work with me
We can also explore together how we might work most effectively to help you get the support you need. My aim is to create a warm, compassionate space even in this first conversation, so you feel seen, heard, and safe before committing to ongoing sessions.
